These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dess55 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you accept these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of Indonesia to register and use dess55.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
All transactions on dess55 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion is not offered.
These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and dess55. Violations may result in account suspension.
By accessing or using dess55, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before registering.

You must be a legal resident of Indonesia. dess55 is designed to serve the Indonesian market exclusively. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You may not register or use dess55 if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dess55 complies with applicable local, state, and national laws.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on dess55. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including winnings and bonuses.
Registration on dess55 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to the following obligations regarding your account:
You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number during registration. All information must be accurate and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
dess55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide requested documents within 7 calendar days. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify dess55 customer support immediately at [email protected].
dess55 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited.
All deposits on dess55 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via supported local payment methods. You agree to the following deposit terms:
dess55 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may vary based on operational considerations.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Contact customer support if you require information on your specific deposit limits.
Deposits via local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your dess55 account within 5 minutes during banking hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are credited instantly in most cases. Processing times may be delayed outside of standard banking hours or due to factors beyond our control.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your dess55 account are derived from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. You must not use dess55 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation at our discretion.
Once a deposit has been credited to your account, it may not be refunded unless an error has occurred on our part. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction.
Withdrawals from your dess55 account are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible. Supported withdrawal methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. You must ensure that your payment account is registered in your own legal name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined based on account verification status and transaction history. Fully verified accounts (KYC completed) enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to your bank account or e-wallet within 1-3 business days, depending on the payment provider.
If you have an active bonus on your account, you must complete the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing funds. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting these requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
dess55 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. You must wager your deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any betting activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 5% of the withdrawn amount.
dess55 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of Terms, or if additional verification is required. We will notify you of the reason for any delay and request additional information as needed.
dess55 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are provided at the time of the offer. You agree to the following general bonus terms:
Bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet the requirements specified in the promotional terms. Eligibility may depend on factors including account status, deposit amount, previous bonus claims, and verification status. dess55 reserves the right to exclude users from specific promotions at our discretion.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as turnover or rollover requirements) that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and vary by promotion. Full wagering terms are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, sports betting contributes 100% (on settled bets only), and togel markets contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus promotion's terms.
While a bonus is active on your account, you may be subject to maximum bet limits (e.g., Rp 25,000 per spin/hand/bet). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering a bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Maximum bet limits are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
dess55 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other users, using automated betting systems, or exploiting software bugs to gain unfair advantage. Any user found to be abusing bonuses will have their account closed and all funds forfeited.
All bonuses have expiration dates, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry dates are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
dess55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, users who have already claimed a bonus may be allowed to complete the wagering requirements under the original terms, at our sole discretion.
By placing bets on dess55, you accept the following general betting rules. Specific game categories (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, crash games) may have additional terms, which are accessible within each game section.
All bets are subject to acceptance by dess55. We reserve the right to reject or limit any bet at our discretion, including bets that we deem to carry unusual risk, that may be the result of technical error, or that are placed by users suspected of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it is considered accepted.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body or league. In the event of disputes or conflicting results, dess55 will use the result published on the official league or competition website as the final authority. Live casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by licensed game studios.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: technical error in odds display, obvious pricing mistakes (palpable errors), event cancellation or postponement beyond the rescheduled date, or if the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed. In the event a bet is voided, your stake is returned to your account balance.
dess55 enforces maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per user, which vary by game category and account tier. Maximum payout limits are disclosed within each game section. Winnings that exceed the maximum payout limit will be capped at the stated limit.
For football betting markets (bandar bola), Asian handicap bets are settled based on the full-time result (90 minutes plus injury time, excluding extra time and penalties unless otherwise stated). Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if one or more selections are voided, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. Voor bola (handicap betting) rules follow standard Asian handicap settlement conventions.
Togel results are determined by official draws conducted by authorized lottery operators in each region (Singapore Pools for SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for HK, Sydney Pools for SDY, Macau Lottery for Macau). Draw times are published in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). dess55 is not responsible for delays or errors in official draw results. All togel bets are final once the draw period has closed.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using dess55. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.
You must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, providing false identity documents, creating multiple accounts, colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
The use of automated betting software, bots, scraping tools, or any other form of automated interaction with the dess55 platform is strictly prohibited. All bets must be placed manually by the account holder.
In multiplayer games (such as poker or other peer-to-peer formats), chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play to gain unfair advantage over other players is prohibited. Users found to be colluding will have their accounts closed and winnings confiscated.
You must not use dess55 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. We operate strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures in accordance with international standards. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by dess55. Any attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to our systems is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dess55 and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that you may lose funds. dess55 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses.
In the event of any dispute between you and dess55, you agree to the following dispute resolution process:
You must first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting dess55 customer support at [email protected]. Please provide a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any relevant supporting documentation. Our support team will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a review from our Compliance Department. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.
The decision of dess55's Compliance Department is final and binding. By accepting these Terms, you waive your right to pursue legal action or arbitration except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by dess55.
You agree to resolve disputes with dess55 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, collective arbitration, or any other form of representative action against dess55.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where dess55 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be illegal or restricted in your place of residence. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of dess55 complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. dess55 disclaims all liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in violation of local laws.
